Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Once your order has shipped, an email will be sent to you with a tracking number. You may track the progress of your order by clicking the link in the email.

We ship nationwide in the Philippines.

• Metro Manila deliveries are handled via Grab with a fixed rate of P150 (3-5 business days)
• Outside Metro Manila, we ship through LBC with a fixed rate of P500, with lamp P1500 (4-14 business days)

We’re a small studio, and each Sgt. Mags piece is printed, checked, and packed with care.

Due to the made-to-order and delicate nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it with a photo.

We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the case.
